Why coaching?

Here's where coaching can be a useful tool:

  • At times of transition and change in your professional or personal life
  • To find agency in a situation which feels stressful
  • To meet feelings of anger, grief or fear with more awareness
  • In challenging work environments, be it with higher management, colleagues, clients or stakeholders
  • When certain repetitive patterns with family members, friends or colleagues are no longer serving you
  • As a way to ground yourself in personal accountability, to set achievable goals, and to follow through on them

What coaching isn't:

  • Therapy, processing trauma or treating dysfunctional relationships
  • A spiritual "bypass"
  • To enhance your performance in the interest of external criteria if these run counter to your true purpose

«We don't see things as they are; we see them as we are.»
— Anaïs Nin

Feeling called to explore? Drop me a line by email and we can discuss the next steps and schedule a time. I offer a free initial 30-minute call, this helps us both establish whether we would be a good fit. I am also happy to draw on my network and recommend other suitable coaches.

I work by phone, by Skype or in person.

Each session lasts one hour. I recommend a series of sessions, depending on the individual needs of the client.

My intention is to serve your highest purpose.
