I create spaces for authentic, honest and courageous conversations in individual and collective settings.
Following my Master’s degree in Social Anthropology in the United Kingdom, I worked in the fields of arts and cultural promotion for over twenty years. Since 2018, I have been advising and coaching Swiss cultural institutions and funding bodies on an independent basis in the field of diversity, democratisation and transformation, with an anti-discrimination and transformative justice approach. Moreover, I work with organisations and teams on diversity-focused and inclusion-based organisational development.
In my one-on-one coaching work, I focus on supporting people through professional or personal change, as well as people of mixed heritage and people in the cultural sector.
I have been a member of the INES Institute New Switzerland expert network since 2016 and serve as a member of the INES Board since 2025. With my colleagues, I co-edited the INES Handbuch Neue Schweiz (Diaphanes, 2021). In 2016, I co-founded the collective Berner Rassismus-Stammtisch. From 2015–2025, I served on the board of the Kunsthalle Bern.
Previously, I worked for twenty years in the cultural sector, among others in the field of design and visual arts promotion at the Federal Office of Culture as coordinator of the competition The Most Beautiful Swiss Books (2008-2016).
I feel at home in Bern, where I live with my family, and in Bombay, the city where I was born.
