Workshops
I don’t offer predesigned or “off the shelf” workshops. Instead, me and my trusted colleagues develop workshops tailored to the specific questions and needs of each institution we partner with. Areas of focus include organizational development, democratizing the arts, cultural and aesthetic diversity, antidiscrimination, workplace culture, inclusion and belonging, and communication skills.
Moderation, hosting, and talks
I bring people together around a person, theme, book, or issue. I create spaces that support authentic, honest, and courageous conversations.
Coaching – individual or team
I support leadership and teams individually or in groups as they navigate change.
